Agras Range

Known for its excellent storage and handling characteristics, this range has been used successfully under WA conditions for more than 30 years. In addition to the nutrients provided in each granule, Agras helps to suppress root disease and improve the availability of trace elements.

Features

  • Fully granulated compound fertiliser with granules mainly in the 2-4mm range
  •

  • Balance of nitrogen, phosphorus and sulphur for a wide range of cropping situations with all nutrients in every granule
  •

  • Contains excellent levels of sulphur in the plant available sulphate form
  •

  • Contain relatively high concentrations of ammonium nitrogen
  •

  • Based on Sulphate of ammonia and has a pH of 4.8-5.2
  •

  • Agras Extra supplies maintenance rates of trace elements

Advantages

  • Excellent handling and storage, especially in humid conditions
  •

  • Ideal to be applied through air seeders and machines with peg or fluted rollers
  •

  • Improved distribution and plant access to immobile nutrients (phosphorus and trace elements)
  •

  • Sulphate sulphur is immediately available for plant uptake, allowing improved nitrogen utilisation
  •

  • Other variants include Agras Zinc (heavy soils), Agras Copper Zinc, Agstar Copper Zinc Moly (low pH soils or where molybdenum is required)
  •

  • Reduces the impact of root diseases and improve your crop’s profitability

Benefits

  • Trouble-free handling and storage at seeding
  •

  • Balanced nutrient application
  •

  • Good sulphur levels to improve grain quality
  •

  • Improved application rates and the localised acidity of Agras fertilisers improve trace element availability (zinc and manganese)
  •

  • Improved application rates and high ammonium levels can reduce the impact of Take-all and improve early crop growth
  •

  • Improve your seeding timeliness and reduce product loss in storage
  •

  • Increase your yield potential with improved access to immobile nutrient
  •

  • Excellent levels of sulphur allows your crop to reach its full potential in high yielding situations
  •

  • Increased yields from greater trace element availability

Application

Agras can used as a one shot fertiliser with adequate levels of nitrogen are supplied at seeding for situations requiring low total nitrogen inputs. Agras contains a relatively high nitrogen to phosphorus ratio. Ideal starter fertiliser for canola and cereals.
