Darryl Dent
General Manager Fertiliser
Darryl is responsible for the production, despatch, storage, sales and marketing of our fertiliser products. Prior to joining CSBP in 2001, Darryl enjoyed a 23 year career in the merchandise division of Elders. Born and raised in WA, he worked his way through the Elders organisation starting as a storeman in Boyup Brook and culminating with the appointment to General Manager for Merchandise based in Adelaide. Prior to this, Darryl was WA State Merchandise Manager for ten years during which time he had a close working relationship with the CSBP fertiliser business.

Vince Barrett
Business Accountant – Fertiliser
Vince is responsible for coordinating the corporate planning, budgeting and analysis processes. Vince has a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in accounting from Curtin University and has been with CSBP for over 20 years, the first 13 of which were in the Accounts Department before moving into the fertiliser business.

Warren Jones
Manager - Fertiliser Production
Warren is responsible for leading the fertiliser production team in safely producing cost competitive, quality products. Warren joined CSBP in Geraldton in 1970 as a seasonal labourer, and over following years worked in a number of roles before being transferred to the Bunbury facility as Manager in September 1991. In 2002, Warren transferred to Kwinana in to take up his current position.

Greg Lister
Fertiliser Operations Manager
Greg is responsible for the production of quality fertiliser and the successful despatch of products to our customers. Greg joined CSBP in 1981 in an administration/customer service role and since then has worked in the Ammonia production facility, as manager of the Geraldton facility, and Customer Service Manager at Kwinana. Over the last five years Greg managed Kwinana despatch and the regional locations before being promoted to the position of Fertiliser Operations Manager.

Colin McKenzie
Product Development Manager
Colin is responsible for improving fertiliser production processes and a continued investigation into innovative fertiliser products. Colin has a Bachelor of Science with Honours majoring in Chemistry from the University of WA, and has over 22 years experience with CSBP in various technical positions in fertiliser and chemical manufacturing and, more recently, product development. Colin has had a major role in the rapid development and sales growth of liquid fertiliser in WA and in the development of other new fertiliser products over the last 10 years.

Andrew Macrae
Manager Procurement
Andrew is responsible for the purchase and inwards logistics of CSBP Fertiliser's raw materials and finished products. Andrew has been involved in the s supply and logistics field since graduating from WAIT in 1976 and has been with CSBP since 1984. Prior to CSBP, Andrew worked for Alcoa in WA and Kodak Australasia in Brisbane.

Geof Proudfoot
Manager Agricultural Laboratory
Geof is responsible for the soil, plant and water analysis service. Prior to joining CSBP in 1984 Geof completed his PhD in organic chemistry and worked in research at the University of WA and Nottingham University. Geof is a fellow of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI) and the Western Australian representative of the Australasian Soil and Plant Analysis Council (ASPAC).

Ben Sudlow
Manager - Fertiliser Sales and Marketing
Ben is responsible for marketing, market development, sales, customer service and fertiliser services. Prior to joining CSBP in 2007, Ben had been in the fertiliser industry for nine years. He has a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Agriculture, and completed an MBA.
