Basic Safety Rules
Please see the basic safety rules attachment below for basic information to be used by contractors tendering for or undertaking work for CSBP.
This document applies to all parties/personnel working on any CSBP site.
Please note: If you are having problems viewing the PDF documents below, follow these steps:
- Right-click on the title of the document you want to download.
- From the menu that appears, choose 'Save Target As...' and choose a suitable spot on your computer to save the document. Click OK to start the download.
- Once the download is completed, you will be able open up the document as normal.
Depending upon the contract, a range of other procedures may also be relevant to the individual tenders, and these additional procedures will be provided to the tenderers when required.
Contractor Site Instructions

This document applies to all contractors working on any CSBP site.
Site clearance request
All contractors required to perform work at our Kwinana site need to submit a completed Site Clearance Request form for each employee accessing site, who does not have a current CSBP Contractor Pass.
Vehicle access
If vehicle access is required to perform work at our Kwinana site, contractors need to submit a completed Vehicle Access Application form.
