One of our priorities is to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of our people.
Both our Kwinana and Laverton sites have first-aid centres that are staffed by occupational nurses and provide support services and programs aimed at improving employee wellbeing.
Our Kwinana site also has a part-time doctor and part-time physiotherapist, and physiotherapy services and a gymnasium are available for employees at Australian Vinyls.
We also provide a
range of benefits for our employees to promote a healthy work-life balance.
We are committed to ensuring the safety and security of our products on our site and in the community.
Our Kwinana operation has an onsite emergency response team and fully-equipped emergency response centre.
We are also part of the
Kwinana Industries Mutual Aid organisation which is focussed on joint industry emergency response and enables sharing of emergency response expertise and resources in the event of a major emergency.
