Ammonium nitrate expansion public information evening
CSBP will host a public information evening on Tuesday, 14 December 2010, to provide details on its proposed ammonium nitrate expansion project.
The event will give interested stakeholders an opportunity to hear from key CSBP team members involved in the project, including CEO (Chemicals) Ian Hansen, and to provide feedback.
The information evening is being held within the Public Environmental Review (PER) period, which closes on 31 January 2011. CD copies of the PER document will be available on the night, or can be
viewed online.
Also on the agenda will be CSBP’s sustainability performance during 2009/10, and information on the company’s recent merger within the Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers division.
A guided tour of the Kwinana manufacturing facility is being offered before the presentation which will include the proposed site of the expanded facilities, and CSBP’s award-winning nutrient-stripping wetland.
