Working at CSBP

Superannuation


We contribute the equivalent of 10 per cent of your annual base salary. You can also make additional voluntary contributions.


Group life insurance


Our group life insurance plan provides cover in the event of total and permanent disability or death. The plan provides a direct benefit to you or to your nominated beneficiaries, in addition to any other benefit your may be entitled to through superannuation or workers compensation cover.


Salary continuance


Our salary continuance plan provides income protection for up to two years in the event of an injury that prevents you from working.


Salary sacrificing/packaging


Under a novated lease agreement you may choose a car of your choice (subject to some restrictions), and salary package part of your income to the annual cost of the lease car.

Our employees are also eligible to participate in the Wesfarmers in-house benefit plan which allows employees can salary sacrifice up to $1,000 of purchased goods from Wesfarmers companies.


 

Occupational Health Services


CSBP has an onsite purpose-built Medical Centre focused on delivering an Occupational Health focused service to employees to treat work-related health symptoms.

The Medical Centre is staffed by a specialist Occupational Physician, Occupational Health Nurse and Physiotherapist.

CSBP’s focus on Occupational Health is testament to our ongoing commitment to employees’ health and safety at work.
