Ian Hansen
Chief Executive Officer - CSBP Chemicals
Ian has been with CSBP Limited for more than 20 years and was appointed Managing Director in October 2007. He became the Chief Executive Officer in July 2010.
Starting as a production chemist in 1983, Ian managed various projects at our regional sites in WA before moving to the Kwinana complex.
Ian has held management roles in both operational and commercial areas in CSBP, most recently as General Manager - Chemicals from 2002 to 2007. From 2005 to 2007 Ian was also President of the Kwinana Industries Council.
Ian holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) from the University of Western Australia, and is a graduate of the INSEAD Advanced Management Program in France.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Royal Australian Chemical Institute, and a board member of the Plastics and Chemicals Industries Association (PACIA). |

David Cooper
General Manager Australian Vinyls
David was appointed as General Manager of CSBP subsidiary, Australian Vinyls, in September 2008.
Before joining Australian Vinyls, David spent four years as General Manager (New Zealand) of National Starch and Chemical, and a further four years as Managing Director (Australia and New Zealand).
David has more than 20 years of experience in the industrial chemicals sector and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) from RMIT University.

Darryl Dent
General Manager Fertilisers
As General Manager of CSBP Fertilisers, Darryl oversees the production, despatch, storage, and sales and marketing of our fertiliser products.
Darryl joined CSBP in 2001 after a 23-year-long career in the merchandise division of Elders. Working his way up, he spent 10 years as State Merchandise Manager in WA and was later appointed as General Manager for Merchandise in Adelaide.

Ross Martelli
General Manager Technical Services
Ross joined CSBP in 1982 and has worked in a variety of roles, including Project Engineer, Plant Superintendent, Process Manager, Business Development Manager and Commissioning Manager.
He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the WA Institute of Technology (WAIT) and an MBA from Curtin University. He’s also a member of Engineers Australia.

Charlie Perkins
General Manager Sodium Cyanide/Industrial Chemicals
Charlie coordinates all operational and commercial aspects of our sodium cyanide and industrial chemicals business.
He joined CSBP in 2006 as Commercial Manager - Fertilisers and later became Chief Financial Officer, before accepting his current position.
Previously, Charlie worked in various corporate finance positions with Ernst & Young, Deloitte and Australian Railroad Group, a former entity of Wesfarmers.
Charlie is a Chartered Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments.
